Kris's background is in Construction Project Management, which is where his passion for sustainable and renewable energy technologies started. He specialises in recruiting hard-to-fill roles within the development and delivery space.
Karl is the Director of TalentFix and has spent the past 8 years recruiting top software engineers and tech professionals across Australia’s startup ecosystem. He specialises in partnering with product-led, high-growth companies to solve complex hiring challenges, with a focus on hard-to-fill, niche technical roles.
